I had an aircon installed in our commercial premises by Alliance yesterday. They did an excellent job - the techs (B.J., Meedy, Charles, blade and electricians Peter & Aden had a complex job installing through a very narrow roof cavity across the office. They results were very professional - and the work cleanup very thorough.

Alliance were great from start to finish! Very professional service, they provided honest consultation on the ducted options we had for our property. Install team did a very fast and efficient job within one day. Would highly recommend Alliance CC!

I recently had the aircon in my unit upgraded from a 10+ year old ducted system to a new 16kw beast. From the first interaction with Alliance I could tell it is a professional, well oiled outfit.

The quote inspection was arranged promptly after sending my enquiry, and Liam Doyle came to inspect the apartment and make recommendations. He was very pleasant, attentive to the requirements and thorough. I appreciated his very professional interaction with me and his detailed explanation of how the system would work. He was very prompt in sending through the quote. Strata took some time to approve the implementation, and I received two follow-ups from the team in that time. Nothing pushy, I was pleased with the contact as I felt it was another indication of a good process behind the scenes. After receiving strata approval I asked Liam to come back to discuss some cosmetic changes to the internal layout and he was very obliging and once again very attentive and professional. He came over on his way home that same afternoon and had the updated quote to me two days later.

I subsequently dealt with Will Williams who was the scheduler assigned to the job. He was also very professional and gave me a run-down of the installation process, timings, and answered all my questions without hassle, and with a great attitude once again. He was able to schedule me in promptly within two weeks which was ideal for our timing.

I know its unusual to call out the accounts team, but I paid a deposit and two instalments through Eric Zhang who once again blew me away with his professionalism and prompt response. He was pleasant, efficient and cordial on the phone and issued formal receipts within minutes of payment going through.

Finally, the installation team blew me away. Our installers Garret, Shabi and Daniel H were all extremely professional and took great care to tidy up after themselves and ensure everything was left in good order over the three days they took to install. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent job they did with the installation. Nothing was too difficult, they made a number of suggestions that added to their workload but would be more aesthetically pleasing and had absolutely no issues answering questions or making changes as the install went along. Honestly a dream crew.

Lastly, we wrapped up the installation with Harry the plasterer, and the painters whose names I didnt catch. Once again all extremely professional, pleasant individuals that I was very comfortable with, and nothing was too much trouble. Harry in particular was especially helpful, and encountered the inevitable issue of uneven concrete slabs and walls not at right angles but promptly found solutions without letting these issues cause either concern, or delays. Harry was truly excellent and did an amazing job on a relatively difficult site.

Thank you Alliance team, you should be very proud of the work you all do, I could not be happier and have been singing your praises to everyone I know. I almost wish I had more aircon to install so I can engage you again!

Alliance staff were very professional in advising my wife and I at all times what they intended to do and whether this was okay. They cleaned up after their work and provided feedback about air conditioning issues. I appreciated Mr Yim explaining to me the various features of the Daikin air conditioner controller.

Outstanding service! I called yesterday for a second opinion on our ducted gas heating, which had stopped working. Another company told us we needed to replace the entire Braemar unit for $6,000. Thankfully, Appliance Serviceman Gabriel took the time to properly diagnose the issue, cleaned the sensors, and had it running again — all for the cost of a very reasonable service call. His expertise, honesty, and excellent customer service truly made my day. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Gabriel!

Matt with his team Aiden and Noah installed new aircon equipment for us. They were fast efficient, clean, tidy and hard working. They were also polite and friendly, explaining everything we wanted to know. I recommend them very highly.

Couldn't be happier with the amazing service. Super quick turnaround (sent an email on a Monday night, by Wednesday it was sorted). Kody was super helpful and reasonable in diagnosing and quoting, then Emre tackled the pretty big job (took him hours) without complaint, and was super helpful in answering any questions we had and resolving an unexpected issue. Just top notch service and I can't imagine calling anyone else next time we need help with the AC units.

I was very pleased with the result. I booked a service call some weeks away, but got a call a few days later that an earlier time was available. Excellent. I took it. Kyle came on time, did the job very thoroughly. And he did not complain about parking in the area! Excellent again. I really appreciated the communication so that I knew when he was coming. I signed up for the future!

Three years on from the initial airconditioner installation and upgrading our external electrical board, I again needed Alliance to fix some old wiring inside the house and look at the air conditioner unit that had stopped working. Again, their service was great. The issues were tricky to fix, but I cannot fault their service. It was friendly, attentive and competent. Even more impressive was the follow-up of the technicians very early the next morning to make sure the air conditioner problem was fixed - and when it wasn't, they were straight back. Thank you to all who attended over those few weeks, including - Vishal, Andre, Christian, Peter, Steve, and young Andre. It's not yet fully resolved, but it's now a warranty issue with Actron - here's hoping they live up to the service standards of their dealer. Thank you Alliance.

We had our heating/air con and all ducting completely replaced with Alliance - the whole experience was perfect! The 4 person team (Shadi, Adam, Sam and Bill) arrived exactly on time and went right to work. They were diligent about every aspect of the install and our house was cleaner when they left. Highly recommend for any heating/air con work!

Update: A few years later and we are still using Alliance for regular maintenance on our system. The team today (Dan and Nik) were very professional, efficient and tidy. I still highly recommend Alliance.

I was kinda nervous about tradies punching holes through our walls and screwing conduit to our externals walls, but these guys were great. Asked me lots of feedback prior to doing things, kept me informed, did a great looking job. Would recommend.

Vy, Luan and Kim spent two days replacing our out dated air-conditioning unit dealing with issues with the tight installation space. I was kept informed the whole time in any issues they had and they were really polite and respectful. They did a great job in cleaning up after they finished. Very happy with their work

Jonathan, Peter, Adrian and JJ installed a couple of air conditioners at my home. Polite and professional, they consulted me at each decision point, offering options and recommendations during the installation process. I highly recommend them.
Update 15/8/25: while comparatively expensive to others, I think it's fair price given the quality and depth of backup service. I've had some issues with the units, but they were resolved. Recent servicing and support from Damon was was superb.

Very happy with the quick turn around of a fairly complex job. The crew were friendly and very polite and explained everything clearly. Once the job was finished the clean up was thorough and they left my pace immaculate. Definitely would recommend the service
