We had our old Daikin air con replaced by Yunus, Can, Veysel and Brody. These guys were fantastic. Arrive on time and from that first meet have been great to deal with. Very professional and polite. Throughout the process Yunus explained to me what they will be doing and kept me updated. Their workmanship has been great and have laid drop mats to protect the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. Overall awesome work and a very happy and satisfied customer. Install of two split system reverse cycle air conditioners. 3.5 and 5.0 kWh. Excellent information provision and quote process. Very responsive to timing needs. Excellent management of entire process including administration, pricing, provision of system, installation, explanation of operation of system, clean up, and follow up. Excellent, considerate workers, very careful and tidy, job completed as agreed. Very good maintenance plan, warranty, and extras.

I’m very impressed with Kody’s professionalism during the air-conditioning diagnostic at my apartment. He thoroughly explored all possible options and was careful not to jump to conclusions, which really demonstrated his patience, expertise, and integrity. It was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than being money-oriented.

The team also went above and beyond by waiving the initial call-out fee due to a booking error, which was a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture.

**Adding on post 1st visit**
Following my initial review, I had to call Kody back as my aircon started leaking after the first visit. We discussed a repair that might involve cutting into the gyprock to resolve the issue.
On the day, Dylan, Colin and Ioannis attended and were extremely professional and accommodating. Instead of immediately cutting the gyprock, they took the time to explore alternative solutions and managed to fix the issue without opening up the ceiling, which I really appreciated.
Big shout out to Ioannis as well for offering to patch up some paint on the ceiling free of charge - a very thoughtful gesture. Really impressed with the team’s creativity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them.

Alliance installed a new ducted airconditioning system with Airtouch 5 control. Very happy with the quality of work and no mess! Thanks to Gokhran, Rodriguez, Gareth and Daniel H.

All around excellent experience - from Aysa who stopped by a few days ago and discussed the options I had (to replace an AC unit in my apartment) to the installation of same, within a week, by Gokhan and Meedy. Hard-working and diligent fellows all the way to the disposal of the old unit and the clean-up. That company is well-run! Recommended.

Your installation has been mostly excellent but very recently I noticed that the condensation has not been flowing into the evaporation tray. There is a short horizontal section of the pipe for discharging the water into the tray but the water, instead of dripping into the tray, tracks backwards and drips onto the floor. I have remedied this by attaching a plastic cone to that short horizontal section. In the future, ensure that the last short section of the pipe SLOPES into the tray to ensure that water doesn't track backwards.

Very happy with the experience - booking/communication/time of arrival and upfront quotes all good. Emre was knowledgeable and a tidy worker. I had two ducted aircon units serviced and some other work to correct previous incorrect installation. So much better now!

I had my ducted and split aircon systems serviced by Connor, who was courteous, considerate, and thorough in his work. Alliance’s service fees are on the higher side, but their service quality and diligence is a cut above the rest.

The service was prompt and efficient. Job done in timely manner and left everything very clean.

Charles and Sean carried out the installation, adding new power points throughout my old Federation home. They were incredibly professional, courteous and accommodating from start to finish. Every request was met with a positive attitude, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it.
The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. They took great care while working in the house, treated my home with respect, and left every room spotless when they finished. You genuinely wouldn't have known they had been there, apart from the perfectly installed electrical work.

Needy Richard from Alliance installed a new Daikin split system in my elderly mother’s house and they were fantastic in keeping the area clean and explaining everything to my mum. I would highly recommend them.

The team from Alliance including Jonathan, Mia, Juan and Andiaz, were very professional and installed our Fujitsu wall mounted air conditioning unit with a bit of adaptation as a result of our location. We are very pleased with the result.

The installation staff, Garrett, Richard, Eric, Matt and Harry were very professional and courteous. Alex, the company rep, was also very professional. Before, during and at the end of the installation was seemless and I wholeheartedly recommend Alliance Climate Control to anyone that needs a good job done. They even vacuumed the floors afterwsrds and took the old system away. Rarely have I seen such good service from any company I have used over the last 10 years. Well done Alliance and staff.

A wonderful experience from start to finish; the first phone call was so polite and kind, I knew I was a "real" person to them. The visit to discuss and subsequent installing of new gas underfloor heating was perfect. A slight adjustment needed to be made but the maintenance team was on to it immediately and all has been handled perfectly. I can't speak highly enough about them.

I want to thank and recommend Gokhan and Yunus for leading such a professional and thoughtful installation team at my home. The job was not without its challenges, and they carefully explained and found solutions every step of the way, while still finishing on time. The ducted and split systems have been running for a few days now and are ideal for my space, so a thank you to Jake for the recommendation. Alliance is still to arrange a plasterer for standard repairs, but I'm confident it won't be long now...

July 10 What exceptional service on a residential job from Rahil and Brandon. They even wear shoe covers while moving around the house - with carpets etc. And there's more they clean as they go! And yes
more they had to return for a small part and yes they came back promptly.... wow!!!;

We had our multihead airconditioning system replaced by Alliance Climate Control. From beginning to end the service was helpful and easy to deal with. Initially we had Shazim come out to inspect why the system wasn’t working. He gave clear options for dealing with the problems we had. We decided to replace them, which was done by Ivan, Mosa and Maisam. They were on time, polite, and pleasant. Ivan explained everything well and when they came up against a minor unexpected difficulty about the placement of the indoor units he explained the options. We would happy recommend all of the team that we worked with!

They explained everything they did really well and ensured I understood. They tidied everything back in its place exactly as it was before and were very careful around my belongings. Such a great team and I’ve already recommended them to my friends as they did a wonderful job with everything.
